At NellyBells Daycare we are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children in our care. We have a Designated Safeguarding Lead  (DSL) and our Safeguarding Policy outlines the procedures that we follow to protect children from harm, abuse, and neglect, in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, Children Act 1989 & 2004, and Working Together to Safeguard Children (2023). 

All staff at NellyBells Daycare have a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service)
